The post code and directions written on confirmation were not clear and took us to a housing estate rather than the Sainsbury’s too car park. There was no signage for ‘Just Park’ to know we were in the right place. There was signage for Horizon Parking and in the end we ended up paying twice (with Horizon Parking also) as we were unsure if our Just Park parking was valid. Tried ringing customer services but just rang and rang and we needed to catch the train so just ended up paying twice. No street lighting in car park when turning up late night to return to car and leave.

Sainsbury’s car park was situated just by the station where I needed to catch my train. It was a nice big car park and access was easy. I parked at the end away from the main shopping area so didn’t feel I was taking up a space needed for shoppers.

It wasn't clear exactly where I should park so I parked in the nearest space available. Car park seemed secure and when arrived back in the evening it had good lighting. Would use again.
