Expensive saw another car park almost opposite much cheaper so will be parking there in future 80p compared to £1.20 is a big difference in the same road

This was the second car park I tried the first being full. I got the penultimate space in this long stay car park. The space was big enough but getting in and out was tricky with narrow route through the car park with a brick wall on one side.

My difficulty was with the App. When the booking was finished, I didn't know that it was finished. There was no message like "Your booking was successful" or "The booking is now complete" or "Payment has been received". I left the car park thinking the booking had been unsuccessful, and hurried to my meeting thinking that I was going to be fined. The nearest machine in the car park would not accept card or coins and I didn't have the time to go to another machine or make a phone call to Just Park.
