Tried to extend parking whilst eating in a restaurant - app kept trying to make a new account for me so had to re enter all my details and revised payment to extend would not update to allow me to extend my parking - whole experience ruined my meal. Appalling!

Not great only being able to park for 4 hrs or 10 hrs. A birthday weekend turned sour. I will not be visiting the centre again for a well-being fayre. Car park allocation time ridiculous.

Got charged £3.90 instead of £1.70.for 2 hours.
Had to pay twice. So cost me £7.80 for 4 hours Not happy messaged just park complaining . But NO RESPONSE.NO ACKNOWLEDGE MENT .
