Honestly - JustPark has been awful here. Car Park was full so parked across the road at the Car Park also called Sidegate Car Park - be warned it is a different car park and I was fined by Durham County Council - I appealed, and it was declined. I followed JustPark's advice and didn't pay whilst they investigated. I heard nothing and now the discount has ended and bar me going to court, I now have to pay full fine.

Unfortunately the car park was already full when we arrived. There was also a tariff sign which meant if I had turned up and there was still space I could have paid less than I had paid via just park. I would not recommend pre booking this car park. I had to ring up to get a refund as I had to park on the council car park across the road and pay again. By the looks of the parking tickets on numerous cars when I returned it appears some ppl may have thought, as both car parks were called Sidegate car park, that they could park on either site seeing as they had reserved a space. Thank goodness I double checked! First time I have been disappointed with Just Park.

There was no parking space available on arrival - it is a very small section only on the one side of the street but i parked in the Sidegate car park opposite where there was plenty of room - I thought they were the same but I got a penalty ticket.

There was no space available to park in and so I went to the other section of car park that seemed to be the same place and ended up getting a parking ticket as two car parks with the same name owned by different organisations.. Total waste of my money.
