Easy to park and very central however was disappointed to find when we got there that if we had paid on arrival it would have been £5 cheaper than pre booking on line. I think that is very unfair to be honest.

My grandson gave me the link, so I cannot say how easy it was to find. It was a surprise that a booking fee was added. How simple the arrival process will be remains to be seen

I had a family night out at a fireworks event in Durham city. I knew it was going to be busy and parking would be the main stresser of the evening. I’d never heard of Just Park before until it came up on my search for suitable parking near the event. We ended up at a hotel car park which really surprised me as I didn’t think this would be possible.
I drove in and spoke to reception who stated that all was taken care of via the app. We parked up and had a short walk to the event. I will definitely use this app again. If you are like me and have family to sort then this is a must for any trips out.
