Booked from 7 pm. The space closed at 7pm and exit entry not possible until 7 am next day. Access possible by foot.deserted. no staff or cctv. Unsafe and therefore unusable overnight. Refund sought

Made the booking but couldn't access the car park as the police had closed off the access road due to an Orange Order parade. If the car park wasn't going to be accessible then I shouldn't have been able to make the booking

My car was parked overnight & I was happy. Although I think I needs a clear sign to say its the Kingsgate car park as I was unsure even though I used sat nav. Think would be great.
