Being able to use justpark was ideal because the machine closest to our parking spot was only taking coins (no change given).
In fairness in this day and age ‘cash only’ provision is prohibitive for people - there were other drivers for whom it was a genuine issue.
Other than that the car park was ideally placed and reasonably priced for a quick visit to the shop we needed.

No google pay meant my wife needed to call me to put the time on the car as she didn't have a card on her and was in a rush, it just seems like such a silly thing to omit and caused unnecessary stress

It was very difficult to pay for parking. I've never used an app to pay before. I couldn't find the ID for the car park. If someone hadn't had the ID on their app I wouldn't have been able to park there

We are from overseas, and we are here to attend the convocation. Upon arrival at Terrace carpark, the payment meter was not functioning with our credit card, and we did not have enough coins to feed the meter. Two other parties were also struggling to make payments.
Hope that you can check on the meter, making sure that the meter works in and around the area, especially during graduation days.

Your app is awful. Advertising in a parking app and then trying to upsell Insurance. Way to take something as simple as parking and make it difficult.
