Your app is awful. Advertising in a parking app and then trying to upsell Insurance. Way to take something as simple as parking and make it difficult.

Fantastic location but trying to pay was a complete nightmare for an older person who is not adept at technology. The ticket machine did not work, I was forced to buy data I didn't otherwise need and install a programme I don't really want. A wee bit stressful for this ageing numptie.
