Downloading the app was a real nuisance. The machine wasn't taking card payments, I watched people get back in their cars and drive away because they didn't want to download the app. Us older people find these things very user unfriendly!

I have paid £2.50 for parking but the machine didn't print ticket and phoned the office no answer. I had to paid again online. So I paid over £5 for 2 hours. Not very happy
