I had to extend my parking as my hospital appt was running late. the Internet was shocking in the hospital and after trying to extend it I had two extra payments taken from my account, totalling two pounds

Just Park is an awful app to use. Plus I wanted longer than the 4 hours I paid for (by debit card). When I wanted to add another hour, Just Park wouldn't let me sign in, I never get the password reset email. I tried many times to book an hours parking via the app and it kept saying "unsuccesful" but it HAD been successful. Awful.

Parking app Useless. Does not allow you to delete current session before end so as to start a new one in a nearby car park. If there is a way I couldn't find it. Probably designed by a non-driving nerdy man
