JustPark manage the car park of the hotel we were booked into. It was easy to book though I did get a bit confused with which days I was booking for. The fee was the same as the local car park and more convenient.

everything went very well for the booking. The only thing is that we did not realised that JustPark was a platform for booking and we thought we had to find a parking with your logo. Our mistake but a bit more clarification would have been perfect

It is not a question of what went wrong, it is simply that I avoid "Online apps" of any kind like the plague, I am sure you claim to be secure, just as M&S and Land Rover Jaguar did amongst others, I wa also unaware that I had to pay to park at the hotel I had just paid to stay at.

turned up to the hotel i pre paid for 2 x cars to park at the hotel and could only park 1 wasted £70 spoke to reception and was told the hotel manager would talk to me never contacted me if you are paying for a space you should get one i wont be pre booking any parking again i will do what i normally do and wait until i get to the hotel
