The number of the car park was very low down and hard to see. High and visible numbers are needed for those booking on line

I've been using JP for a while now. All good except I first registered with a car I've since sold. I transferred my private plate to a new vehicle but it won't let me to change the make and model on the app to show the correct car matches the number plate.

Poor signal coverage in that car park. I thought initial transaction went through but sat in bar 1 hour later I realised it had not registered. I was very lucky no ticket.

Parking charges I felt were rather high, a lot more than I would have paid at the railway station nearby if there had been any spaces. What I saved on the rail ticket was eaten up in car parking charges, I will find another solution next time.
