the app is very slow but eventually worked. much prefer the start stop system rather than choosing a time period

The app did not let me sign in. It was a disaster. The password reset process was ridiculous. I lost half my lymphoedema appointment as a result. It made me cry.

I mistakenly put my registration in when booking instead of partners car registration, my Partner had to go back to the car to change it and repay as he couldn't do it on the app.
Lesson learnt double check info put in when booking!
