Unfortunately my car won't start so it had to be towed away. But access to and from car park was good.

Could not extend my booking and then couldn't rebook. I was taking my client to the pharmacy and could not leave. I am a support worker and have a duty of care.
The app would not let me do these things which is unacceptable.

We were parked and need to extend when did the extension the text came through but did register due to Internet service as I was in Vodafone shop changing my contract they connected to Internet and submit it when I got back to car I had fixed notice fine not very happy as Vodafone said it had gone through
