On-street parking
The nearest on-street parking to Doncaster railway station is at Spring Gardens, where there are 10 pay-and-display spaces with a maximum one-hour stay. This is only a five-minute walk to the station, but there are other on-street sites less than 15 minutes away.
Some on-street spaces in the station area have a 30-minute maximum stay, which is not ideal during peak hours for station visitors, but they are free during early morning or late evening. Longer on-street durations of two or four hours are possible at sites such as Horsefair Green or College Road. Both are about 15 minutes’ walking distance away from the station.
Off-street parking
Parking for 73 cars is available at the Doncaster station car park. The charge is £2 per hour or £16 daily, which applies Monday to Friday. The first 20 minutes are free. At the weekend, there’s a flat £6 charge per day.
Additional off-street parking near Doncaster station includes the St James car park with 300 spaces. That’s less than 10 minutes away on foot and prices are £1.75 for four hours or £3 for 10 hours. This car park is free on Sundays.
