Disrespectful owner. - Can owners pls write down how they should be contacted if there is no space on the drive, either via phone call or a knock on the door.
The drive I parked on was full with other cars, there was one space where I parked which obstructed another car. As being my first time using this parking website, I would prefer it if owners, allow a way of being contacted if issues like this arise. As the the drive I parked at the owner threatened to get my car towed as her car was obstructed. In every sentence she kept stating “I f*cked her over” I did not appreciate this language. The way they spoke and blocked my car so I could not get out. Then watching me struggle to get out the drive. Even after apologising the owner was very rude. As owners you should state how to be contacted if there is a no space. Either via a message, phone call or knock on the door. As some people may be new to this, they will not be aware of the fact they can directly knock on your door as some owners may find this disturbing. Also, if the owner is trying to get in contact with whoever has parked there car for the first time they should send them a message on how to park and what to do if an issue like this arises. Some people working in the nearby hospital do not have service due to the equipment they use so service is not available.

So easy to know we could park in a private home and know our car is safe and we knew the hospital car park is always so busy . We will be using the same house in ten weeks . A big thank you to the owner from us
