We are located very near to the main Derby University campus, access to the university is via a walkway, just round the corner from us. A 2 minute walk maximum. (See the route in my photos.)
Nearby is the local Park Farm shopping centre and bus stop to Derby city.
In the opposite direction we are also close to Markeaton Park, via a walkway at the bottom of Carsington Crescent.
