Good size parking space on a very pleasant residential street. Very easy walk to the Royal Derby (open pedestrian gate at the rear of the King's Treatment Centre). Took away all the stress of getting parked on site at the hospital

We've parked here a few times and never had a problem, until yesterday when we got there the driveway was like an ice rink and so slippery. Water had been poured on the drive (assuming to defrost a car) which had frozen and it was really dangerous to drive and walk on, nevermind attempting to get out of the car.
