The driveway is located on a quiet and safe street, 30 seconds walk from the jitty that leads to the back of the Derby Uni Kedleston Road Campus - (turn left as you walk off the drive) you dont even need to cross a road. The driveway is also 7 minutes walk to Park Farm Shopping Centre (to the right as you exit the drive) and 7 minutes to Markeaton Park (to the left as you exit the drive).
