The directions led me to the wrong car park where I ended up paying again... Not very clear at all...

Dead easy to book and to use.

I was concerned because I booked parking to end at 22:59, but the sign on the car park itself said it closed at 9pm. Thankfully, I got a reply to my message asking about this in time and we were able to use the car park without any issues.
Vicky L23rd March 2026 on TrustPilot
Easy to book and helpful customer service. Parking was safe

I parked here for work and during a meeting I saw that the parking session had been cancelled with no refund and I couldn't rebook as it no longer existed on the app. I kept retrying and eventually it let me book again so I ended up paying twice to park which seems dodgy.
It's not clear where spaces are so cars were parked anywhere they wanted meaning there weren't enough spaces for everyone who booked.

Very conveniently located for Vaillant Live. Easy to find car park and find space. Would definitely use again.
Mark S4th August 2025
there were no parking spaces available even though I'd prefer booked.
