most of the problem is your app you don't have on the information on how to join it just send you to a website that tells you nothing on the ticket machine you have to bend down and look at the very bottom of the ticket machine that's right on the ground before you find out where the app is and then you've also got to search for it you can't have a QR code to just scan it then you go on the the afternoon is very complicated to first put the time that you arrived even though that's not my fault that is something that the app should be doing automatically do the default time and date that you signed into the app and then when you want to pick an hourly rate because the ticket machine says how much 1 hour is 2 hours is 3 hours and such and such but no you want it in hours and minutes like you know when you're going to come back from a walk like an estimated time would be so much easier or that you take a payment at the beginning of like £10 for the day like Ringo do and then you pay when you finish but we have no choice we have to go with you because you are the only company at that car park so you won't fix this anyway but I thought I would moan about it and I will tell people that I know not to go there because your parking system is shocking I also don't understand why you need to be there it's been free for the last 70 years but 2 years ago you come in and destroyed it
