First time visiting à Just Park car park, pretty dreadful experience.
The first parking machine was out of order.
The second machine advised it took coins but I didn't have GBP 10 in coins on me.
It advised me to download the parking app but there was no phone signal in the car park.
It advised that I could pay at the office but this was closed at 09:30am and was also still closed when we returned from our walk at 3:30pm.
It advised that we could use the Wi-Fi signal from the office but although there was a faint signal when standing right next to the building the speed was so slow that it didn't even make it to setting up a connection.
Someone advised me that I could pay later in the day when I had a signal. Why isn't this common sense advice posted on the pay parking machine? Everyone was standing around and fretting about this same parking issue. Big thumbs down for the National Trust.

I had put 4 hrs to pay for, the app had adjusted it back to the current time without me realising and don't charged me for 1min parking which is obviously wrong. I will make a second payment and apply for a refund on the first. Thanks.
