Parking on Purley Way, CR0

I was extremely disappointed with my Just Park Experience to say the least. They broke the contract they made with me and in my view and untii they keep proper checks on the venues they are effectively selling they care not fit for purpose. The driveway in Galpins Road which I was due to park in already had a car parked there and access to the second space was blocked by a car parked in the road. The property looked derelict with all manner of unopened post in the porch and windows wide open with broken Venetian blinds. There was no reply when I knocked on the door several times. No Neighbours opened their doors. When I called the mobile of the owner supplied by you it immediately replied saying this number was no longer in operation. Whilst on the phone to your customer help desk ( to Emillie) another car pulled up also expecting to park there. They recognised it as a scam and drove off not wanting to waste time as they were attending the same conference as me. Emillie offered me refund - bad business policy. I said this was not acceptable as it would infringe my statutory rights. And as I intend to sue if no satisfactory compensation is paid forthwith. I suggested that Emillie looked on her computer to find another parking place nearby. In fairness to her she found something a mile away. By now I was already 40 minutes late for the conference. I asked if she had spoken to the owner of the second location and she put me on hold. She came back and said that this definitely had a vacant space on Purley Way. I drive there and there was a space but the owner of the property was not there. A youth his brother said this brother’s business. Please expedite immediate compensation for breach of contract, embarrassment for me being late for my appointment thus damaging my reputation and my reliability and of course the distress I was put under. Easy to find and easy exit after a nice walk to Selhurst park 35 minutes thanks

Driveway is spacious and easy to find. Very happy.
