I got to the space at 5.30 am and there was no way I could get in there, there was a van blocking the way in, I had to go find another space as I was going to miss my train

Today I used the JustPark website for my Croydon TLS appointment. I booked parking from 8:30 am to 10:30 am and used the dedicated parking space. It was only a 10-minute walk to the center, and the whole process was very easy. At that time, all other parking spaces were full, but the dedicated space (No. 1) was vacant. I parked there, went to my appointment, and came back without any issues. It was a stress-free experience, and the price was very reasonable.

When I arrived at the parking space, half of the area was filled with rubbish such as self, bed etc, and two cars were parked in a way that made it extremely difficult to access the allocated bay. As I was already running late for work, I had no choice but to park, though about 25% of my car was outside the marked space. I called customer service to explain the situation, but after describing it in full, the person simply asked, “How can I help?” which felt unhelpful given the urgency of the issue. At the end of the day, I found a note on my windscreen from the caretakers of the property management, stating that please do not park here and this is not a designated parking space and you are blocking the fire exit stairs - even though that very area was already blocked by rubbish. I sincerely hope the company is conducting proper due diligence before allocating or advertising parking spaces.

Well, the neighbour at no. 3 threatened to slash my tyres because they were angry with the guy renting the space out, so they harass people who paid to park there instead of addressing their issues with their neighbour or just park, I personally couldn't see the issue... but I wouldn't recommend parking here, the space is tiny and no one wants to be ambushed after work

As I exited my front number plate was ripped off by the pavement

neighbour taken money for nothing damage and space is too sort with lots off bins Please move before you park your car either have to pay neighbour for damages

Do not park here. The person listing this space on this website is doing it illegally, they do not own the space. Bay 3 is my space and I have had strangers constantly parking in my space and I have not been able to park at my own property which I own for weeks. If I see anyone parking in bay 3 I will have the car towed.
