You didn't even deserve one star but there is no option for TOTAL FAIL. There was no space in the car park I had booked & paid for. I couldn't get through to anyone on the phone & had to park in the station car park & ru to the station. I barely had time to catch my train to London.

We booked a parking space for a week at a carpark near Crewe station. when we arrived no space was available. We tried to contact JustPark but no person answered a robot messaging service invited us to ask for a refund. A workman working on a building next to the carpark told us several people during the prervious few days had had the same adverse experience as us.
