Parking was available at the requested time.
Easy to navigate to by car, and also easy to reach three bridges station on foot.
Parking spot was well maintained and fit my car well and would fit larger cars also.
Area seems and feels safe.
Only thing to keep in mind is the driveway is quite steep.
Would recommend and use again.

Great parking 100% recommended, very close to the station, easy to find, it has a motion sensor light which is great if you're coming back late, security camera and electric charger. We were running late and were able to communicate with the owner who kindly told us not to worry. Thank you! we'll be using this spot again whenever we need to go to three bridges.

The second space is never available and that has the dropped kerb. You need to be comfortable driving up a kerb and parking on a fairly steep incline. Safe space though.
