The communication with Ian was excellent since the beginning. We were a little bit worried about where to leave our 6m long van during a week trip departing from Gatwick's airport but it fitted perfectly in Ian's parking space. It was also enclosed which was very reassuring. Ian offers the option of picking you up at the airport, which is an extra service really worth it.

Great experience. Ian met us as we came up the drive, he also let us know in advance that he would be able to take us to the airport (for an additional cost) which we were happy to pay for. Felt comfortable that the car was safe.

Ian was amazing, very friendly, and had great prompt communication. The car was parked on a private property, so can't get safer than that. He also picked us up and dropped us off at the airport.

Parking was easy. Ian was in contact prior to parking with all the information. Also gave us a lift to and from airport for less than a taxi would have cost.
Will certainly use again in the future.
