have booked a season ticket and loaded number of registrations - we were advised on arrival system did not recognise the reg and could we remember any others - we were allowed to park because we seemed to know what we were talking about - not a good start

Convenient for the Coventry Building Society Arena. As a season car park holder I think our parking should be better accessible. On Saturday parking for me was squeezed in at the back despite you having received the full season’s payment at the start of the season. So what is the benefit of this?

I’m not computer literate and struggled to renew my car par pass , and preferred to pay by phone , I’m a bit apprehensive on our to book my parking space for the up and coming cup game

I have a season parking pass at Christ the King carpark, Coventry for attendance at Coventry City home football matches. On Saturday, 29 August I arrived at the carpark in good time only to find the carpark full. The lady attendant greeted me with "sorry we're full". Having paid £250 for a season pass I was understandably very annoyed and after protesting she grudgingly let me in. This is not good enough. The attendants should know how many spaces there are still available in the carpark after admitting all of the season parkers and allow in only that number of casuals. Please sort this out before the next home game as I don't want to be confronted with this problem again. Thank you.
