I had booked this space and received confirmation. After I set off, the owner cancelled the booking, but I did not receive the message. He then phoned me after I had left the car, saying the the booking had been cancelled and that I would have to move the car or re-book through Just Park for a higher price. At this point I had no choice but to re-book and pay more money, as I was due at a concert. Just Park then booked the wrong time slot for my new booking. Utterly appalled by the way I was treated. I’m certain this behaviour is not legal. The owner was blatant about hiking up the price when he realised it was going to be a busy evening. So much for peace of mind. I will be reluctant to use this service again. Very poor first experience.
