the terminal in the charterhouse reception would not allow us to put the starting time of 1pm so we paid from the actual time, 4.06pm. then we downloaded the app anyway and ended up paying £2 more than than we needed to. car reg is lb26yyo.

Parking here is for visitors to NT Charterhouse and Joseph Paxton's Arboretum. Free for members either use the terminal in reception or this app. Add your membership number to this App. There is one hours free parking there but that is not long enough to do everything.

The app was awful to try and log in to and pay parking for. It kept logging me out and asking for endless verifications before I could pay which wasted a lot of time.
