House of Empowerment Car park

Parked using JustPark but received a parking ticket from civil enforcement anyway. Appealed providing proof of payment and proof of vehicle reg but was told still have to pay but at a reduced rate. All automated and no phone numbers to talk to anyone. Received no response from JustPark either. Not happy at all

no parking spaces even though we paid for it

Very convenient parking. There was not much space left when we got there. Due to some cars parked with a lot of space between them we took the last available space.

This was just perfect for the Coventry Arena. Its location allowed us to quickly get back on the M6 at the end of the night. Thanks

Too dark, there should be some lighting to make it more secure and comfortable to leave the car at night.

Easy to find and close to CBS to walk in

I specifically booked the space as it suggested multiple entry was possible. It wouldn't have been as so many cars were booked/allowed to enter that when I returned to my car I couldn't leave as someone had parked right in front of me, boxing me in. I therefore had to sit and wait for them to return. When I arrived 20 minutes before my booking the car park was almost full, so I'd be wary of relying on this car park. I don't think there was any control of the spaces. The area also had massive pot holes and very poor lighting.

When I arrived the car park was full. If I had parked I would have been blocking people in. Many other cars turned up and left too. There clearly aren’t enough spaces. Total waste of money. I ended up finding street parking.

Chaotic arrangements. This is not like using JustPark to access a private driveway, it is a car park that can hold, perhaps, up to 30 vehicles. However there are no marked spaces and no control to ensure people park efficiently, or even that they have paid. I would not use it again, would not recommend that others do so, and suggest that JustPark reviews the arrangements with the owners to determine whether it is a suitable location to offer JustPark customers.

Easy in and out. Good price, no fuss or hassle.
