First time using the app so was a bit sceptical. Also first time at Coventry Arena. After finding out it can take hours to get out of the normal car parks we had to bite the bullet. Easy to locate. 15 min walk to the arena and straight back out and on the M6 with no traffic. Was worried that we were blocking someone else in but they weren't back at their car when we got back anyway. Did notice a camera at the front window of the house which I think added to feeling secure. Would recommend.
