This was the second occasion I had used this address to park for football matches at the CBS Arena. There was a wide space on the left hand side which was easy to drive straight onto, the owner's vehicle being parked on the right. The location is a straightforward 15 minute walk to the Arena. The area seems safe, with little passing pedestrian or vehicular traffic.
