First experience using a private driveway and this has been fantastic. Used for the recent Arctic Monkeys concert at CBS Arena. Great communication from the host on day and directions to venue. You are on the right side of the stadium to get away without huge delays. I’m sure I was home before those in the official car parks even started their journeys. Overall a great experience, good location and thoughtful host. Would highly recommend.

We were greeted on parking and given great directions to the Arena. It is easy to find and allows a very quick route back to the M6 afterwards. There is a good pub adjacent plus a chip shop. Great location - recommended.

Best to reverse into the space . Can walk to Ricoh several ways. I chose a nice 10 mins walk along the canal (you can see the bridge over the canal from the parking place). A good place to park to miss all the congestion.

Warm welcome and helpful directions given. One word of advice -Always reverse onto this drive, it would be very dangerous and difficult to reverse out.

Lisa was very helpful and responded very quickly to my text on the day as we didn't know the house number. She was also there when we arrived to help.

Perfect location for easy and quick getaway once show was over as most traffic is going in the opposite direction. No more than 5 or 6 minutes walk to stadium via canal toepath. Just remember to reverse into the drive as the other car parked had not and as we wooshed away, they did not! Would use again without reservation. Thank you very much.
