The parking rate here is £0.50 per hour, yet I was charged £0.78 for just 32 minutes.
It states that additional fees may apply, but charging an extra £0.28 for what—simply using the app? That seems excessive and unfair, especially during a cost-of-living crisis!

I have paid for more than my ticket. I couldn't close off the app like I used to. It seemed to tell me I had but it's still running blocking up money. I'm delegating this app.

App and mechanism requires you to remember to close off parking when leaving or you get charged for the full day. Very anti-customer
