I was issued a ticket as I was parked in the mall car park . My app had prompted me to park here again via its gps function but given the close proximity of the two car parks it was mistaken. Apart from this misunderstanding , the parking and the app is generally really good- just be aware that this function can be misleading when close to nearby car parks managed by the same company . I have appealed so hopefully will be successful.
