I was told my parking cost 68p on app but was charged £2.35 to my account!! Why?

I couldn’t turn it off! I was there from 5:30pm to 6pm and when. When I couldn’t figure out how to turn it off in the app I assumed it would turn off on its own shortly because it was 6:00!
Then I got a notification that it had been activated ver 24 hours! I desperately tried to find the way to turn it off but it still took opening other areas of the app to do that. It used to be easy! What has changed??? I won’t be using this app again and I want a refund.

The app would not let me swipe to end parking so I was charged 4 times what I should have been charged

The parking was fine. The app did not give any opportunity to finish payment after less than an hour in Abbey street Coleraine.
There was no slider to finish it.
Please sort this out.
