Parking on Old Street, BS21

our first experience of Just Park. we were extremely impressed by the entire process. The app and website were clear, snappy and easy to use. We had a complex weekend planned: travel from the West Midlands after work on Thursday night, stay in Portishead, drive to Clevedon to park for the day , have breakfast at the superb Jenny's Cafe,then walk to the lovely Clevedon Pier to catch an all day trip on P.S. Waverley ( to Penrith , Ilfracombe then back to Delightful Clevedon - over 12 hours on the ship). We were worried about parking as we weren't sure if public parking would suit our timings or the possibility of any delays - we don't like to take up spaces in residential roads when on our days out. luckily , Just Park appeared with my searches. Trip Advisor reviews were overwhelmingly positive so we decided to give it a Go. From searching the website ,to booking a space and downloading the app, we were both impressed at how organised and user friendly the entire experience was. The directions to the space were excellent, as were the reminders beforehand. We were delighted that the space was tucked away off road , in a nice enclosed development of a few houses , very tidy and well looked after. The road surface was smooth and bump free , the space was large , next to a residential property .We felt completely safe leaving our car in the space. We had enormous peace of mind and could enjoy our much anticipated day out on the wonderful paddle steamer. Our breakfast at Jenny's was superb, 5 minutes walk away from our parking space. The walk through Clevedon to the Sea front was nice and we had time to mooch around on the beach before going to the pier to catch our sea trip. Towards the end of the afternoon, we even had a reminder of the facility to extend our parking, should we need to. I had booked 24 hours , just in case , for a very reasonable £10.39. An excellent experience, totally hassle-free . We thoroughly enjoyed our mini break - not having to worry about parking was a huge factor in the success of our trip away. Thank you to Just Park , and to the space Owner, for the use of your facility. we will definitely use Just Park again on our travels.
