Great space for sea front

when I arrived the owner greeted me immediately with asking me to move the car to one side to allow two other cars to park as I was told it is a 3 car space. Moving the car whilst allowing other cars to park there required me to do many point turns to get to the owners ideal spot. As there's no drop down kerb available, since driving over pavement is actually illegal. I'd not recommend parking here until the kerb situation is resolved. I would recommend to the property owner to add parking lines to divide the 3 spaces properly but you probably know that but didn't want to do it since of your kerb situation.
