The Fountain Car Park

Had to navigate around the whole area twice to wait for a space to become vacant.

I got a fine although parking was paid... worst parking ever

A poor experience. It was my first time parking there. I needed to be quick for an appointment. The sign was not well Lit and I could not easily see how to phone or pay by credit card as IT WAS TOO DARK TO SEE ANY INSTRUCTIONS OR an alternative method to quickly park. I then had to stay longer n a freezing cold and DARK car park as a woman alone with youth hanging around AND THEN TO GO TO THE TROUBLE OF HAVING TO DOWNLOAD THE APP and then spending MORE TIME REGISTERING ALL MY DETAILS-which was not easy to understand, as we do not have 'ZIP' codes luckily I did guess - what you meant POST CODE' . All in All taking so long to give my details which MADE ME VERY LATE. And too time consuming- just to be able to park my car for a couple of hours. Awful. And It made me late.

There is no direct access to the high street. I went into the adjacent car park and only after I'd paid, and left my vehicle, did I realise there was no direct access to marks and spencer. Also it is difficult to assess when payment has been taken. I have a receipt though.

It was difficult to pay the right amount to park, the app kept adding extra hours and options that weren’t required!

Your app is terrible

The parking area was difficult to get into. It seemed poorly designed. I couldn’t find a disabled parking bay which was disappointing. Maybe there was one that wasn’t clearly marked. Though it was raining heavily

couldn't find the location. had to find parking elsewhere.

Good parking , as I've got large 4x4 , plenty of room to park & room to swing around .
