Parked in what clearly WASN'T a permit holder's space. The permit holder spaces have a company badge on the fence. Yet have been fined by GroupNexus with zero evidence of where I parked. Just pictures of me entering and leaving. I've used JustPark for years. The permit spaces are clearly marked and I categorically parked in a space which didn't have a permit badge. I appealed only to have my appeal rejected. JustPark claim to have spoken to GroupNexus and were told I parked in a permit space. Again no evidence. I'm now stuck having to appeal to POPLA. I parked where I paid to park and now I'm stuck trying to sort it out. JustPark have been useless and not supportive of a loyal customer. Loyalty gets you nowhere when things go wrong. Don't park in this car park.

Had a parking fine from the company. Awaiting just park to sort this but haven't heard anything in 2 weeks. £100 fine on top of paying for the day rate. Not happy
