£5 is high especially for an hours parking after 6 pm

The pay meters were not working.

Too expensive.

Had to download an app I didnt want. sort out the parking payment situation.

The car park was fine. Payment was a nightmare - 45 minutes of filling in details, being rejected, sent round in circles etc. It ruined the visit frankly! I am not a useless dinosaur with internet - I am pretty switched on actually - god help those who aren't!! I will do all I can to avoid using Justpark again Why can't the national trust make it easier,,??

It’s absolutely outrageous that the parking fee is charged regardless of how long you park for! What’s more, the service provided for processing payments is appalling. The pay machines aren’t working and there’s no one on duty at the car park. I hope that the exorbitant and far too high parking fees are at least being used for meaningful and charitable causes and are not part of a large-scale scam! I would urge you to refrain from issuing a statement full of flimsy excuses. Many thanks

Sat Nav originally takes you up to the Abbey visitor center but the road is closed there. You have to enter through Hither Rd;

Great Park up lovely site

The machine by the entrance has no location code. Any wonder why we hate carpark companies?
