It appears that the gym no longer exists! The red edged spaces were inaccessible on the day of my booking due to being hoarded off so that the local bus company could provide a service taking rail passengers to Goodwood Festival of Speed. :-( I have requested a full refund from the space owner but had no response! :-( AVOID!!!
