We paid for this carpark ahead of time and we could not find it at all. We followed the post code and the carpark was no where to be seems. Consequently we had to park for additional parking and we were late for our event. Over all very disappointed indeed.

The car park was unfindable. We had to park and pay again in a different car park. The same happened to my daughter. Would never book justparks again. Regards Therese jones

No signage from the road to indicate where the car park entrance was, but all else was as stated

I never found the car park ! Not good directions and ZERO SIGNAGE !
All other car parks in Chester had signs but not this one !
I ended up having to park in Canal street car park and pay again ! Do I paid an extra £6:50 to park my car !
I'll not be using just park agsin because of this
