Me and two other family members booked this car park, 3 cars in total. There was only space for one car left, despite booking and paying for 3 spaces. Then very difficult to turn around. Not sure why this is on JustPark if anyone can just go and park there.

There was no parking, the car park was full, which was very disappointing because there was very little parking elsewhere for the Marathon. I require a refund

The car park was full, space wasnt actually reserved and the car park was so full you cant turn around and had to reverse out blind onto a main road, with a major round about, and the track waa so narrow the car sense were going nuts. Customer services were good though in regards to a refund.

No parking place available. We were not the only disappointed customers. Had to find an alternative parking place. Another car before had the same experience and I presume you'll be hearing from them.
Please refund my fee with an apology for this trulypoor service. The weather was atrocious and finding another place was difficult.

The entrance to the car park was very narrow. Therefore, to avoid scratching cars, you should remove the bushes that protrude into this narrow path. Also, it was a pain not being able to change the car we were going to use.

When I entered the carport, I had to get a ticket to enter. I expected that when I produced the ticket to leave it would recognise my number plate. I placed said ticket info the machine and was charged another £6.50. I went through the email I had after paying online and could not find out how else I could have done it and not been able to enter without getting the ticket.
