The space was easy to find however not being able to use cash is a big inconvenience. Especially for older people who are not very good with apps and phones. Every parking machine should have cash payments.

I was unable to locate the car park, I went into the Premier Inn on City Road who stated their premises is 20-24 and the parking was underneath their property.
I am currently in an appeal with parkmaven as they have stated I had no parking booking and trying to charge me £100 for parking

Only stayed for less than 2 hours so did not park overnight. I may have felt less comfortable parking on the road at that time.

your system didn't work properly and I ended up getting a penalty charge notice because my session wasn't showing up in the parking officer's system.
Fortunately I managed to speak to the parking officer and he was understanding of the situation, and said he would make sure the ticket was cancelled.

Using online system was terrible. It seems Ive booked things I dont wont. This was necause system was not working correctly and I had to phone up and book. Asked if any off the internet problems would cause me issue told NO but today i have a parking space booked that I dont need.
