Easy to book. I could park in any available space without having to worry about finding one particular parking bay. The price was reasonable.
An improvement I would suggest would be for the email confirmation of the booking to contain a link to the website for paying g to extend the time on an already booked space. Also it would be useful for the text reminder that the booking would expire soon, to contain a link to the correct web page for paying for a time extension.
