The primary space was very tight for my Kia Sportage to the point I wasn't happy using it as it stuck out and would have blocked the driveway and/or other vehicles. Luckily the back up spot was available and I was much happier using that. I sent the owner a quick text to let them know my intentions and the reply was quick to confirm that was okay. Primary spot probably okay for small cars only.
