Hello
When I arrived at the parking space an Audi was in the space. I waited alongside until nominated time of 1130 and the Audi was still there. I messaged the space owner who didn't reply. A gentleman from one of the neighboring buildings arrived and suggested I park in one of two spaces allocated to a local business. He said the business was closed today so the space would be vacant. I had an appointment to go to at 1200 so I took the risk and parked as suggested.
Later on the no 2 space owner replied and agreed that the business space would work. There was no attempt to explain why the no 2 space was occupied. I asked for reimbursement of my charge but haven't had a reply.
So I'm asking you as JustPark to reimburse the cost as the situation caused unnecessary stress and had the gentleman not appeared I would have had no option but to leave the car park to find an alternative and end up being late for my appointment.
JustPark is known for much better service than this and I would like to continue using your app so please resolve this.

It was easy to find a car park in a suitable location at a reasonable cost. Communication with JustPark and the person leasing the space was excellent.

Tight turn at the end of the lane, but just take it slow. We were in a large car and all fine. Great location.

Large parking space. Access slighlty tight for a large 4 x 4. We were fine in a medium 4 x 4 and would definitely use again.

An exceptional position for Cheltenham Cricket Festival and also ideal for all City Centre events. Good directions for what is a private lane which is not that obvious from the main road.
