Got to space to find a car in it phoned and text contact to not hear anything total waste of time had to pay to park else where for the week

The parking space is next to the one bay listed and his car is parked on the line with a van the other side which makes it difficult to fit in and one occasion couldn't get into my car and also had to call van owner to move over a bit so I could actually fit my car in the space on another occasion.

Parked here for the day so I could go to the Rize Festival at Hylands Park. Highly recommend the space in a secure and tucked away carpark. It was about a 15 minute easy flat stroll to Hylands, so perfect (especially when you saw the traffic trying to get there!). Would definitely park there again.
