when I arrived there was a car in the space provided. so I had to find another place to park making me late for appointment

There was another car parked in the space.
I did not have time to find another space as my son needed to get to his hospital appointment so I had to block in the car that was there which left me feeling really stressed having to leave my car like that.
Not a good experience. The owner didn’t answer his phone and has not responded to the message I left.

When I arrived at the address I found another car parked in the reserved space. I rang the renter who apologised and said that it had happened before and he needed to sort it out. I managed to squeeze my car inbetween a wall and the car but I was only able to get back into my car with the help of a neighbour as the space was so tight. I was worried the whole time that someone might park behind me to stop me getting out if I was in their space. Very stressful.

It's a perfect spot for Broomfield Hospital, there's a cut through just down the road. I always try to park here for any hospital appointments
