Parking on Broomfield Road, CM1

Got a ticket thanks to PCN

I got a parking ticket for not displaying parking permit but after contacting the owner the ticket was cancelled. Apart from that the space is lovely, easy to find and close to station

I have parked here a few times and it's quite convenient. The only issue I feel is it's not very well lighted at night. Hence the four stars.

The parking space was next to an overgrown Bush with alot of cobwebs and a big spider in, wasn't a massive space so I was basically stood in the bush when I got out the car

Was very convenient and extremely cheap for the length of the stay, absolutely ideal location, we was was staying at the ship in hotel! Couldn't have got any closer! It's close to the bus and train stations and about a 5-8 min walk into the town centre. Pro's - close proximity to lot's of amenities, train and bus station! Cons - was was worried about getting blocked in by other cars or the guys from the blind shop. It was a little unhygienic with all the trash piling up. Not sure what the issue was? Over all a smooth experience! We would park again.

The space wasn't available when I arrived. I had to find an alter notice space there and then.

Overall everything was fine but I think there could be some more information given at the time of booking to make you feel comfortable leaving your vehicle. There's permit parking signs up everywhere and penalty notices so I did feel a bit apprehensive in case I came back to a parking ticket! Make sure you type the address in your GPS as the directions link doesn't take you there. The spaces are quite tight and I had difficulty reversing my car out when I left. But generally it's a well priced space near the station and it is extremely convenient.

Location was easy to find, really close to the train station which is great if you get back home late in the day.
